At Paras Industries, we deeply respect the craftsmanship of our artisans — the heart of our creations. We ensure fair remuneration by adhering to local wage laws and industry standards. Through regular audits and third-party evaluations, we maintain transparency and fairness in all wage practices.
To further strengthen their security, we assist in enrolling our artisans in welfare schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJY) and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) — promoting both financial stability and social wellbeing.
